For my Client – one of the global industry leaders – I am looking for a person to take up the Order Management Specialist role.
Your role
In your everyday work you will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and on time, within agreed KPI targets. You will perform analysis and support resolution of order related issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring, controlling and reporting of order book in organised manner. You will manage all communication with all sales department and process all customer orders and shipment of products and ensure optimal practices for all processes.
Your qualifications
Experience in order management or customer service will be an asset, but is not required. You need to present exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as attention to details. MS Office needs to not have any surprises for you and your English should be fluent.
