For our client an international company, leading provider of renewable solutions, located in Warsaw, we are currently looking for Order Management Specialist with Russian and English.
On this position you will have daily contact with the internal and external clients. Moreover, you will be responsible for receiving, processing and confirming orders and for processing sample requests. As an Order Management Specialist you will be monitoring customer sales plan, quota, credit limits and overdue payments. Your daily duties will also include: maintaining customer related system data and price agreements.
We are seeking candidates with experience in customer service or order management area and with advanced English and Russian skills. Knowledge of IT-tools used in customer service (MS Office, Fenix, SAP R/3 sales receivables) is a huge advantage. Person with good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and customer focused attitude is preferred.
