Oracle HR Systems Analyst

Location: Kraków

Main Responsibilities:

  • Good understanding of HR business process and HR operations in order to support critical business priorities and offer appropriate systems solutions
  • Demonstrate the following skills: functional/technical systems background with experience in implementation, conversion and production support of the Oracle EBS application:
  • Ability to gather, analyse and document business requirements and make appropriate design recommendations
  • Ability to identify and resolve system issues in a fast-paced environment, at times taking the initiative under ambiguous circumstances
  • Provide technical assistance in identification, evaluation, and development of system solutions that meet or improve business standards and practices
  • Create and document information for test plans, upgrades & new releases
  • Coordinate work of others to develop, test, install and modify system solutions
  • Perform testing and debugging of data prior to moving solutions to production environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system problems encountered by end users on a regular support rotation
  • Experience loading data using Oracle data tools
  • Work with application and/or integration vendors on requirements and/or issues as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Global Core HRMS as an IT Systems Analyst
  • 7 – 10 years of Oracle EBS experience preferred
  • 1 – 2 years of Oracle Taleo preferred but not required
  • Experience with configuration and maintenance in Oracle HRMS completing set up in configuration and transaction tables; understanding of workflows
  • Experience with Oracle Reports and Oracle Forms
  • Must be able to maintain data confidentiality and data integrity Strong understanding of HR business processes and HR operations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good inter personal skills working with business users, IT resources and vendors
  • Effective collaboration skills and ability to handle multiple assignments and conflicting priorities with minimal supervision
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, Visio, etc.)
