Key duties:
- Perform 2nd/3rd level support to all customers infrastructure and develop solutions to stabilize customer environments
- Administer and manage large databases in RAC and non-RAC environment
- Perform all aspects of database administration including installs, builds, upgrades, object sizing, object creation, users, backup/recovery, patches, monitoring, partitioning, SQL loader and performance tuning
- Capacity and resource planning, estimated the size of data files and redo log files
- Participate in the implementation of new projects, recommending solutions to enhance performance
- Install, operate and maintain centralized and distributed computer systems in a multi-vendor environment
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in Oracle RDBMS 11g/12c and SQL/PLSQL
- Experience in Oracle 10g
- At least 2 years experience in Database performance tuning and high availability technology (RAC/Standby DB/DataGuard/ASM)
- Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows Server, UNIX, SUN/SOLARIS, AIX, Linux), IP Services
- Experience in disaster recovery
- Knowledge of OEM Cloud Control, AWR/ASH/Statspack reports
Nice to have:
- OCP Certificate
- Knowledge of Oracle exadata
- Knowledge of Net debuging
