On behalf of our Client - new BPO center located in Poznań, we are looking for Russianand EnglishSpeakers, who want to acquire first professional experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing first class support for Clients. Your duties will include solving Customer requests and reviewing social media postings.
We are looking for motivated Candidates, who have Russian language skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills as well. To be successful in this position you should have ability to quick learn and present customer-oriented attitude, well-developed communication skills and attention to details. Previous experience is not required – you will be provided with all essential training sessions.
