Operations Manager with German

Our Client is prestigious international SSC company from Germany, acting in E-commerce area, currently looking for a candidates to fill the position of an Operations Manager with German.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of a dozen workers in Warsaw that produces and updates product information in German on the company website
- Proactive introduction of improvements, process optimization, improvement of quality and efficiency of performed works
- Responsibility for implementing KPI in the area of quality and efficiency
- Caring for effective cooperation between the team in Germany and the team in Poland
We are looking for candidates who:
- Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) - required
- Experience in back-office processes management
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a similar team
- Analytical skills
- Outstanding organization of own work and team, commitment, initiative and independence
- Good knowledge of English
- Good Excel knowledge (welcome)
