For our Client, global leader in customer management, we are looking for:

Operations Planning Analyst Miejsce pracy: Lublin

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls from employees that are calling to report absences and late arrivals.  Notify Intraday Analysts when and where coverage will be needed.
  • Utilize Genesis and eWFM and other tools to maintain attendance records for all employees within the assigned group.  Report this information to the Intraday Analysts and Manager at regular intervals throughout the day.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the organization to ensure high quality and timely completion of employee data change requests.
  • Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures.
  • Surface recurring problems with work processes, policies or procedures; contribute to ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer/or improve productivity.
  • Perform periodic audits of databases and tools to ensure accuracy of employee information.
  • Maintain headset inventory, including order and receipt of new parts, exchange of broken parts, return for replacement broken headsets under warranty. Track headset movement in appropriate database.

 

Requirements:

  • Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
  • Flunet German 
  • Skill in problem-solving and conceptual thinking.
  • Knowledge of PC applications.
  • Knowledge of scheduling systems and/or Aspect systems required.
  • Ability to work in a time critical environment.
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
  • Ability to work as an independent contributor in a team environment.
  • Ability to work staggered support hours.
  • Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any of the above.
