• Maintaining a good relationship with the clients through email, telephone, video conferencing and other collaboration methods,
• Being a single point of contact for clients regarding questions, escalations and information,
• Coordinating communication between internal and external stakeholders,
• Coordinating the resolution of various queries and managing business communication with the clients,
• Monitoring progress of open incidents, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of critical problems,
• Participation in onsite meetings with the clients,
• Preparing reports, SLA calculations and trending analysis and presenting results to internal and external stakeholders,
• Interacts with company’s clients and internal teams to ensure problems resolution (engineers, sales, logistics etc.),
• Coordinating independently and executing tasks, questions ways of working and suggesting improvements,
• Using technical understanding to work with support teams to create a recommended solution and to understand the business impact.
Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of experience on the similar position / in support environment,
• Fluent English, verbal and written,
• General understanding of networking technologies and services,
• ITIL v3 Foundation certificate or proven experience in working with ITIL terminology,
• Experience in working in multicultural and international environment,
• Well organized with ability to work independently,
• Creative with out of the box thinking,
• Taking initiative,
• Ability for business travels 4 – 6 per year.
