Your new role
Finance Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and development to team leaders ensuring that teams meet and exceed their KPIs and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures; supporting activity/transitions that will bring other functions/activities; supporting functional management to develop, track and report on KPIs, OLAs and SLAs;

- Experience in managing teams that have different functions to one another
- Proven experience managing people, including managing performance, setting KPIs, OLAs , SLAs
- Understanding shared services culture and customer experience
- Performance management experience
- Fluency in English
