For our Client, global company providing innovative products and services in B2B, we are looking for a candidate who would join new company’s SSC in Tricity on the position of Operations Manager.
Your new role:
In this role you will be responsible for managing various teams (customer service, marketing, administration, including team leaders) working on EMEA region. Your scope of duties will include managing staff schedules, evaluating employees’ performance, monitoring and enhancing teams’ productivity and cooperating closely with the Management.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for a person with 4-6 years of experience in people management (including 1,5 year of experience as a manager of at least 25-60 people team), fluent English (C1-C2 level) and general SSC processes knowledge. Experience in managing productivity- driven operations along with strong communication skills with all levels of employees and management are also a must.
