Our Client is a well-known international company from the SSC/BPO branch. Currently we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of:

Operations Manager

Requirements: experience of working directly with multiple countries and cultures in a finance capacity * experience on the managerial position * experience in the Shared Services Centers * managed a team of 50+ multi-national and/or multi-lingual people * experience of working with US GAAP principles * experience of working with strict SOX-regulated environment * university degree in Economics or Finance * chartered accountant or equivalent (ACCA)  

Responsibilities: the ongoing management of the operations of Finance Shared Services in Cracow * ensuring that the SSC is focused on the four key principles of cost, compliance, consistency and flexibility * taking care of customer relations with the F&A Managers in all countries in scope * managing the team of almost 100 employees * reporting directly to the General Director of the Center in Cracow * frequent travel within Europe/US/APAC may be required
