You will be a good match if you:
- Have minimum 3 years of experience in software development team ramp-ups
- Are experienced in IT out-tasking /outsourcing operations including organisational effectiveness
- Can interact effectively with team members and managers and maintain professionals relations
- Understand the importance of workforce development
- Have knowledge about software development processes
- Have experience in it outsourcing business
- Have excellent communication skills
- Can easily use English in daily basis
- Have strong leadership skills
As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Daily operational activities on an overall level
- Focusing on business performance management, covering both people management (on-boarding, team performance management,) and commercial part including contract negotiations with close cooperation with Sales, securing overall business delivery and business continuity
- Risk management
- Working closely with managers and employees
