For our client, fast growing Shared Service Centre, we are looking for an individual with a proven track record of team leadership and skills to manage EMEA Operations Team.
Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for multiple teams that primarily support the EMEA region. You will be expected to balance supporting the team members, Shared Service initiatives and developing wider business aims within the teams. A core aspect of this is communication - having the ability to have robust, fair and open conversations with Stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Having a variety of teams also means that you will need to understand the aims and purposes of each team at a high level, and if necessary getting involved in more detailed aspects should the need arise.
What you'll need to succeed
Your proven experience in people management (at least 30 FTE) and strong stakeholder management will lead to your success. Strong leadership and team building skills, being role model, trainer and people oriented manager will be essential as well. You need to have University degree and communicate fluently in English. We will be happy to see that you are self-motivated, independent and proactive person who is not afraid of new professional challenges.
