Our Client is an international company from aviation sector. We are currently looking for Candidates for a challenging role of Operations Director, to be based in Warsaw.
Your new role
Operations Director will be responsible for overall management of operations and sales in Poland - creation and implementation of sales and marketing strategy, new clients acquisition, developing long-lasting relationships with clients (b2b), cooperation with local business partners and suppliers, maintaining good commercial awareness of activities of competitors. Operations Director will also take great care of recruitment, training, coaching, organization and managing the operations team, as well asachieving country P&L budgets and forecasts.
What do you need to besuccessfulin this position
We're looking for senior Candidates with minimum 5 years of managerial experiencein aviation (airlines)/ travel/ tourism/ hotel business. We expect natural leadership skills, experience in motivating, training and inspiring team members, as well as hands on approach (being open for daily operational work), sales orientation and good knowledge of the local market in terms of airlines/ tourism. Vert good English knowledge is a must.
