Operational Excellence & Process Automation Manager
Lokalizacja: WarszawaFor our Client, who is a part of the global leader in commercial real estate services, investment and outsourcing, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Operational Excellence & Process Automation Manager.
Main tasks would inculde:
- Lead strategic EMEA BS programs (Efficiency, Automation, Process, Maturity Model)
- Provide ongoing support to EMEA BS leaders and act as change leader in area of Operational Excellence and Process Automation
- Manage, develop and grow Business Process Excellence & Process Automation Teams
- Drive strategic initiatives within organization on the journey to World Class processes
- Leading and mentoring process improvement projects (Lean/Kaizen, SixSigma)
- Ensure smooth and efficient communication with all stakeholders to keep them aware and aligned; effective risk and issue management as needed
- Ensuring alignment of the process improvement initiatives with strategic objectives
- Responsible for managing internal stakeholders’ expectations and development of relationships to maximize value from delivered initiatives
- Manage a detailed project/programme plan to track progress and perform risk management to minimize projects risks
Our client expects:
- Min. 3 years of experience & successful track record directly managing strategic projects & programs of high complexity, significant ROI and scale
- Very strong track of practical application of Six Sigma, Lean, and Change Management methodology and tools. Black Belt certification will be an asset
- Strong Stakeholder and Team/Project Management skills
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
- Self-confident to challenge traditional thinking when necessary
- Proactive, can-do, problem solver, “nothing’s impossible”, team player attitude
- Excellent people manager with strong interpersonal and executive communication skills
- Self-driven, independent leader, with strong decision making abilities
- Great relationship builder - ability to quickly form working relationships, gain credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
- Experience in process automation development using various solutions such as VBA, SharePoint, MS Access, Python, RPA solutions like UiPath
