We are looking for the person who wants to join an efficient GWS team to manage, inspire and build a solid trustworthy relationship with Technicians to encourage a positive and enthusiastic working culture.
You will create, maintain and record all necessary documentation in a controlled and approved format with regards to Technician dialogue (performance, feedback, grievances and disciplinary meetings.
Build key links and relationships with clients and maintain our integrity at all times, have a thorough understanding of all contracts and framework agreements from all clients.
Conduct regular skills audits to identify correct Technician utilisation, maintain positive working relationship with the local HSEQ department, research new development routes for Technicians and act on any other ad hoc tasks.
Actively promote the GWS strategy plan.
Fluent English written and spoken.
Cooperative, communicative, open-minded and flexible – also with respect for other people and other cultures.
Systematic and persistent self-starter able to work under limited supervision.
Driver’s license cat. B is a must.
Structured and systematic work approach.
Knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office).
Work experience in an international company will be an asset.
