Opis stanowiska pracy
The Online Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing and reporting of marketing programs across various digital tools and platforms. Our ideal candidate must be passionate about marketing technology as well as be able to communicate and collaborate in a positive manner with other marketing team members.
Responsibilities:
- maintain and perform routine content updates to the website using the content management system
- develop and optimize landing pages using A/B and multivariate testing methodologies to improve conversion rate
- manage Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook advertising programs
- prepare analytic reports on web, email marketing, paid search, social media and other online marketing initiatives
- measure the quantity and quality of the media, daily media monitoring (using for e.g. Brand24), and report results
- manage all social media platforms, increasing brand awareness, and engagement across all channels
- coordinate online activities with paid media campaigns (webinars, newsletters, display, etc.)
- coordinate partnership strategy
- maintain email marketing schedule as well as newsletter strategy (lists, content, UX)
- support additional projects, as assigned by marketing management
- support the design, development, implementation and ongoing management of online marketing initiatives
Essential job requirements:
- great knowledge of digital marketing tools
- understanding of A/B Testing
- experience with MailChimp, Brand24, BaseCRM
- attention to detail, follow-through and deadline compliance
- experience working in B2B & B2C channels
- interest in technology and open to finding and using new communication tools
- analytical thinking
- English advanced speaking and writing
