Online Account Consultant
Client Implementations & SupportTeam is responsible for regional administration and support of Online solutions for corporate travel.
We are currently looking for an Online Account Consultant.
Qualifications
Work on multiple applications and keep abreast of their updates
- Foster a culture of teamwork by assisting colleagues when workload permits
- Effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external clients
- Reproduce technical issues, diagnose causes, identify temporary and long-term solutions and communicate status updates to clients
- Present complex technical information to non-technical audiences
- Perform on-going maintenance of applications and offer setting enhancements to meet end user needs
