Your new company:
For our Client, an international law company,we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of On-boarding Processes Coordinatorin a Shared Service Centre based in Warsaw.
Your new role:
On this position you will act as a support for a Team Leader in terms of execution of on-boarding processes processes in the company and team management.In terms of HR processes you will be responsible for ensuring all SLA’s, KPI’s and customers expectations are met. You will also be expected to take part in transition and new improvements implementationalso suggesting your own solutions. Additionally you will be involved in a team management tasks (e.g. managing workload, holding escalations).
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in area of HR (personal administration, payroll or on-boarding).This is an international role and you will be responsible for ongoing cooperation with internal Client internationally, therefore fluent English on this position is a must.If you are proactive and energetic person who can think strategically in terms of project coordination, apply!
