Employed person will be responsible for:

  • Organizing and coordinating office operations
  • Taking care of effectiveness and efficiency issues ( planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement)
  • Interacts with other departments to accomplish complex office projects
  • Hiring qualified and motivated employees
  • Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
  • Assists with the more specialized and difficult work activities of subordinates

Requirements:

  • Min.1-2 years of experience in international environment
  • Strong team management, decision making and leadership skills
  • Very good command of english
  • Master"s degree - preferred
  • Extensive knowledge  of  business management tools, techniques, and methodologies
  • Ambitious approach and focus on achieving objectives
