Currently, we are looking for candidates to join a new Finance HUB located in Krakow on a position of:

Office Manager/Assistant to the Director


Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Providing answers to employee’s queries regarding office management issues
• Effectiveness and efficiency in diary management and meeting coordination, and collaboration with others regionally and internationally
• Coordination of travel arrangements
• Act as main contact for building and other outside vendors
• Office systems management, including data management and filing

Skills & Experience
• Over 4 years of administrative experience, including 2 years of working in a multinational environment (SSC/BPO)
• Very good knowledge of English and Polish (at least B2 level)
• Experience of working with all levels of management and employees
• Organization, flexibility and accuracy, along with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and set priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team
• Proficient user of key software; e.g. Word/PowerPoint/Excel, adept at intranet and internet applications
• Excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation as well as ability to produce and maintain documentation for internal/external clients
• Experience in supporting project activities will be beneficial
