Responsibilities:

• Administrative support of office and Company employees
• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Management of incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Cooperation with external suppliers and partners of the company
• Entering data into the computer system
• Preparation of office documents (working with Word and Excel)


Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of experience on similar position
• Good knowledge of English (min.B1/B2)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to set priorities and good organization skills

Our Client offers:

• Full time job in office hours 08:00-17:00 with an hour lunch break
• Work in nice building office in Mokotów
• Employment under the contract of temporary employment with the possibility of extension
• Friendly work atmosphere
