Office and Administration Manager

Miejsce pracy: Toruń

Description:

  • Responsibility for office operations (Toruń & Warsaw),
  • management of services and processes that support the core business of organization,
  • being responsible for standards, procedures and policies for administration, 
  • office management and compliance with global policies,
  • management of the administrative team,
  • cooperation with service providers and other agencies,
  • collecting and coordinating commercial documents,
  • optimizing administration budget,
  • preparing ad hoc reports, analysis and presentations,

 

Experience:

  • University degree,
  • at least 3 years of professional experience on similar position in international and dynamic environment,
  • fluency in English,
  • team management experience,
  • strong organizational skills,
  • ability to multitask and time-management skills,
  • excellent negotiation skills,
  • good knowledge of MS Office,
  • very good interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude,
  • high sense of responsibility and commitment,
  • education and experience in health and safety area will be an asset,
