Office and Administration Manager

- Responsibility for office operations (Toruń & Warsaw),
- management of services and processes that support the core business of organization,
- being responsible for standards, procedures and policies for administration,
- office management and compliance with global policies,
- management of the administrative team,
- cooperation with service providers and other agencies,
- collecting and coordinating commercial documents,
- optimizing administration budget,
- preparing ad hoc reports, analysis and presentations,
Experience:
- University degree,
- at least 3 years of professional experience on similar position in international and dynamic environment,
- fluency in English,
- team management experience,
- strong organizational skills,
- ability to multitask and time-management skills,
- excellent negotiation skills,
- good knowledge of MS Office,
- very good interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude,
- high sense of responsibility and commitment,
- education and experience in health and safety area will be an asset,
