Your new company

Your new role
You will be leading a team of 7-10 O2C Specialists of different seniority (from junior to senior) ensuring the adherence to all the SLAs and company policies and regulations. You will be supervising you team and providing them with advice and help on a day to day basis, setting their goals and evaluating their development. You will also be responsible for everyday O2C Operations and contact with international offices.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to be fluent with English and have very good German and you need to have 3 years if relevant accounting experience, especially in the area of O2C, and have at least 1 year of people management experience. You need to have clear understanding and experience in VAT processing and have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics Navision (Axapta).
