o2c global proces owner

Responsibilities:
- ownership of O2C end to end processes
- defining and regular reviewing of guidelines relating to SLA / KPIs
- defining and measuring the activities with recommended SLAs within the processes
- expansion of service catalogue for global services
- accountable for: designing, building, pricing, enhancing and continuously improving the process,
- service delivery and cost recovery
- responsible for the day-to-day service delivery
- the role has ownership of the service and process design
- reports to Head of GPO, global services
- 6-8 years of experience in financial accounting area
- 3-4 years working in shared services organization in O2C area
- university degree in the area F&A
- knowledge of ERP and financial accounting systems
- knowledge of IFRS and statutory accounting
- fluency in English
- customer service oriented
- project management and implementation experience preferably at global level
- well-structured and highly planned and organized
- financial reporting qualification (MBA/CPA/ACCA) and Six Sigma certification will be advantage
