O2C Customer Service Representative

Lokalizacja: Warsaw

For our Client, new company on the market in SSC sector, we are looking for specialist for positions of O2C Customer Service Representative  

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively process customer orders ensuring priority for urgent orders and positive customer experience
  • Effectively manage all customer disputes to resolve any issues with orders, including completing outbound calls.
  • Effectively analyse all outstanding customer aging to identify collection priorities. Engage with customers by phone or email to prompt collections using market best practices.
  • Support global/regional O2C projects which influence the accurate, efficient & compliant order processing
  • Support the overall O2C Customer Service team by demonstrating flexibility in providing cover for team members and training of new team members
  • Be seen as a “go-to” information resource for O2C Customer Service processing and related queries
  • Support SAP S4/HANA implementation including testing, trainings preparation and delivery

Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years’ experience in O2C functions in SAP SD or FI modules
  • Active participation in transition of operations or SAP implementation in O2C area
  • Experience in Start-Up or dynamic environment will be an asset
  • Experience in direct contact with customers: phone, e-mails etc.
  • University degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • Fluency in English is a must, other language will be an asset
  • Advance knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proactive mindset with experience in analysis and problems solving
  • Ability to prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables
