O2C – Customer Master Data Specialist
Lokalizacja: WarsawFor our Client, new company on the market in SSC sector, we are looking for specialist for positions of O2C Customer Master Data Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Review customer creation/change requests to check data completeness, quality and collect missing information, filters potential duplicate requests
- Manage Customer approval process
- Create/Maintain customers in SAP and all related systems according to internal standards
- Responsible for monitoring proper transmission of customer within the systems (SAP, DMR, VISTEX)
- Support master data cleansing activities and prepare analysis reports
- Timely resolution of CMD quries
- Analyze process area & data quality to ensure optimal efficiency and, if applicable, initiate change initiatives to improve the process and data quality
- Evaluate and approve change requests and communicate notify all relevant parties about customer creation/update, closely cooperate with customer service team
- Support global/regional O2C projects which influence the accurate, efficient & compliant CMD processing and implementation of SAP S4
- Support the overall O2C Customer Data Team by demonstrating flexibility in providing cover for team members and training of new team members
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in Customer Master Data and knowledge of SAP modules
- Degree in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent work experience)
- Active participation in transition of operations and SAP implementation in Master Data area
- Experience in Start-Up or dynamic environment will be an asset
- Fluency in English is a must, other language will be an asset
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proactive mindset with experience in analysis and problems solving
- Ability to prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables
