Your new role
In your new role you will be scheduling and coordinating Number Porting’s with customers and other carriers in Germany for Voice products within agreed SLAs.
You will prepare and verify number porting elements, update our main databases (Order Handling System and Number Management System) and react promptly to escalations.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, advanced German language knowledge (written and spoken) and English is mandatory.
Excellent organisational skills and very good attention to details as well as strong communication skills are extremely important. And as you'll work in MS Office (Word especially), experience with this tool is welcomed.
