For the location in Bergen op Zoom they are searching for an (NIR) Implementation Coordinator.

Role Description

The Regional Rapid Technology Application (NIR) Implementation Coordinator will coordinate and support the deployment of the different rapid technologies at specific locations within FIBI EMEA. The main focus within the rapid technology is on Near Infrared (NIR) technology for EMEA, for offline (benchtop) as well as online applications.

The person in this position will be responsible for coordination of the implementation of the rapid technology equipment (NIR and other technologies) at the locations and assures support and maintenance.

Key activity:
- Implement rapid technologies measurements systems;
- Work out with production leads required process changes that enables the build out of RT models;
- Create required sampling and analyse programs;
- Build out RT models/calibration;
- Organize validation and operational validation;
- Provide training;
- Implement governance;

The person in this position will assure all implementations and new applications are implemented according best practices and will be documented and kept up to date, in close cooperation with the regional RT lead.

Responsibilities

Principal Accountabilities:

65% Deploy RTP NIR PLATFORM
• Coordinate and support implementation of RT (NIR) in locations in EMEA:
o Execute and implement projects of RT (NIR) at the selected locations, this includes setting up a project plan, assessment of local analysis and sampling, defining of standard analysis and analyzing program for the related parameters, training of the employees involved and/or keyusers at the locations. Support the implementation and installation of NIR equipment, sampling, calibrations and testing, and follow up of the project until the stable working situation is achieved. This all in close cooperation with the local teams, the Regional (EMEA) Rapid Techology (RT) Lead and the possible other Coordinators involved.

o This for the extention of the existing benchtop platform concering all product lines and online RT installatitons.

• Maintain existing implementations:
o Governance and assist in the NIR benchtop platform EMEA, support in troubleshooting and sharing feedback and actively support to improve the platform.
o Keep the existing equipment up to date with the latest calibrations (new crop, … )
o Follow up the performance of existing implementations and take the corrective actions were necessary.

• Close cooperation with the support team to assure transfer of knowledge and assure best support

15% Manuals and instructions
Actively support in the creation of guidelines, procedures and instructions, governance.
Detail description of the implementation flows of the plants. Keeping all Best Practice up to date en inform the locations with the needed changes.

15% Support
Assure continuation of the required analysis during the various projects (consult the lab coordinator, prepare excel sheets for reporting,…).

5% Training documents
Develop training documents, organize and give training or support to the location.

Other Requirements:

• 40% travelling in EMEA based on project needs

Requirements

• Bachelor degree (chemistry, biochemistry…)
• min 3 y food related / science studies
• min 2 y experience in working in laboratory environment
• min 1 y experience with NIR
• Proven strong project management skills, applies a structured, disciplined approach to planning, administering and completing projects successfully.
• Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) on all levels in the organisation
• Strong analytical skills with the needed scientific knowledge
• Solution thinking, practical and pragmatic thinker, team player, working safe, be accurate, organisational skills in peak moments, problem solving & timely solution execution …
