Our Client is already established organization with worldwide range. At present, they are opening own shared service center in Katowice. On their behalf, we are looking for Candidates that are aiming to grow their career within accounting area. There are various positions open and it depends on one's experience how she/he can fit into new vacancies open in AR and AP teams.

Our Client is already established organization with worldwide range. At present, they are opening own shared service center in Katowice. On their behalf, we are looking for Candidates that are willing to apply for an AR or AP Accountant position.
Description
AR Accountant main responsibilities:
- Register customer payments and refunds
- Creation of manual invoices and credit notes
- Execution of the direct debit
- Repayment of credits
- Setup agreements for payment by
- Resend invoices with adjusted address
- Monthly preparation of an Excel AR-list
- Inform sales operator about unpaid invoices
- Insolvency: registration of claims
AP Accountant main responsibilities:
- Process AP documents
- Prepare and book journal entries for AP (invoices, credit notes)
- Reconciliation of AP accounts
- Prepare payment proposals
- Preparation and update of internal processes and manuals
- Maintenance of relevant documents for audit
- Support Legal Entities and HQ on ad-hoc tasks
- Identify potential process improvements
- Perform other tasks related to the AP process
Profile
- Adequate professional experience in comparison to desired position,
- Teamwork and communication skills,
- Project management skills are expected for a Team Leader position,
- Fluency in MS Office package,
- Working experience in SAP is an advantage,
- Command of English language on min. B2 level,
- Any other European languages are valuable.
