NEW Financial CoE - Corporate Audit and Best Practice Director
In this role, a person will set a direction for compliance and audit, across all continents. This function will work close to managers to strive for developing and perform audit related to risk-based compliance, operational and financial audits. Additionally that person will establish partnerships with business and IT in order to provide global best practices.

Description
- Develop & Perform compliance and financial audit projects for global units
- Giving recommendations and follow-up activities for management level to ensure their working.
- Provide solutions by close cooperation with business and IT representative
- Develop and carry out a Corporate Audit Plan
- Working for ad-hoc audits on request
- Improve internal control environment
- Future development of internal policies and implementation of them
- Development and introduction of best practices within the Finance Organisation e.g. Digitalisation projects
Profile
- Higher education degree
- At least 5 years of Internal or External Audit experience
- Knowledge of Data Analytic Skills ( VBA or SQL )
- Having one of certificates: CIA, CPA, CA
- Experience in Audit in manufacturing industry
- Willingness to travel globally (up to 60% of time).
