Network Security Project Manager
Miejsce pracy: WarszawaWith us you will be responsible for:
- Leading complex, high profile projects and supporting the program manager in delivery of the strategic objectives of the program(s) the assigned projects are part of,
- Collaborating effectively with key stakeholders to ensure that stakeholder expectations are met and the solutions delivered are fit for purpose,
- Managing Agile and/or Waterfall development teams as a full lifecycle project manager (task planning, progress verification, dependency management to other IT or business teams, solution development and implementation – including organizing/managing infrastructure activities such as ordering of infrastructure components, test planning, test management, application deployment planning and execution, handover to support),
- Ensuring that the planned project scope is delivered to the required time, quality and cost,
- Matrix management of geographically distributed project resources across the organisation,
- Production of project reporting on various levels to make sure that project status is transparent to the various boards and management groups;
We expect you to have:
- At least 5 years’ delivery experience working as a senior IT project manager,
- Proven experience in managing large, geographically distributed project teams successfully,
- Strong communication skills with an ability to tailor communications based on the needs of the intended audience,
- Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to interact successfully with senior management as part of stakeholder boards,
- PMP (or similar) qualification,
- IT Security experience;
