Due to a significant extension and migration of IT processes from different countries to Poland, the company is looking for, among others, qualified Network and Service delivery Proofessionals with excellent knowledge of IT processes and business relations
Location: Bydgoszcz (stationary presence is required in 25%; 75% of time work can be led remotely from a different city/country)

What wil be Your responsibilities:
- Providing service delivery to key accounts on the highest level and standards in accordance with ITIL environment
- Coordination of network operations across Germany
- Business development, negotiations with key partners, project management and process improvement,
- Providing technical solutions and ideas, cooperating with different business lines of support
- Administrative tasks, invoicing
- Work perfomance according to global policies,SLA and KPIs
- High quality key account management
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient/fluent knowledge of German language
- Communicative English (spoken and written, min. B2)
- The experience in IT infrastructure environment, network technical support, process and project improvement
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft environment and its products, ITIL processes
- Very good communication skills with focus on building a long-term business relations
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to grow within IT environment
