National Wholesale Manager - Retail
International fashion company is looking for a National Wholesale Manager to develop the wholesale distribution channel in Poland.
Client Details
Our Client is the market leading international fashion producer with wide range of well-recognized global brands in its portfolio. Due to constant development across Europe and further strengthening of its position within CE states, we are currently looking for a National Wholesale Manager in Poland. Chosen candidate will be responsible for introduction of the new brand to the Polish fashion market and build the sales network in wholesale distribution channel in Poland.
Description
- Co-preparation and execution of wholesale strategy in Poland with close collaboration with the HQ
- Introduction of the new brand to the Polish fashion sector in accordance with the brand guideline
- Sales of products portfolio to major fashion wholesalers (e.g. Peek & Cloppenburg, Van Graff, Royal Collection, Fashion Marketing Investment Group)
- Acquisition of main domestic wholesalers in Poland (building the wholesale network from the beginning)
- Independent contract negotiations with leading wholesalers and cooperation with International Key Accounts Managers on the European agreements
- Meeting sales targets (volume, value, margin and channel P&L)
- Managing annual budget accordingly to the forecast (promotion activities, trade marketing initiatives)
- Reporting directly to Country Director CE based in European Headquarter
Profile
- Higher academic degree
- At least 5 years of professional experience on the similar position within the wholesale distribution channel in fashion sector
- Proven successful track record in sales of fashion products to wholesales partner (e.g. Peek & Cloppenburg, Van Graff, Royal Collection, Fashion Marketing Investment Group)
- Practical knowledge of wholesale international and domestic market
- Excellent analytical skills and Excel knowledge
- Fluency in English
- Driving license
