Multilingual IT Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Act as the technical contact for customers within the Service Desk
Provide technical support and customer service in German/Danish/Dutch or Finnish and English language
Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone for customer's end users
Route problems to internal staff
Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners
Requirements:
Written and verbal fluency in German/Danish/Dutch or Finnish language as well as in English
University degree in Computer Science/Information Technologies will be a great asset
Interest in pursuing career in IT
Experience in a customer support/service environment
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in dynamic situations and achieve goals
