It is the largest company in the world which designs, manufactures and sells networking equipment. Our Client is currently looking for a Candidate to fill the position of a Moderator (Community Manager) in Cracow. Responsibilities:
- Provide a platform for customers, partners and technology enthusiasts in which they can collaborate and get assistance with common support issues
- Community space management / administration (with assistance from Community Management Delivery Team) to improve site performance and advancement
- Engage with Experts, Community members and Marketing teams to promote and grow the Support Community
- Engage with Experts to manage Ask the Expert series, Webcasts, and other online events, as well as coordinate with the Community Business
- Stay up-to-date on new social media tools, best practices and how other organizations and companies are using them
- Participate in professional networking by following the prominent bloggers and online writers and attending events
- Build the Company community thought leadership through the attendance at appropriate conferences, provide new ideas to product development
- Perform site moderation with the use of administrative tools
- Handle feedback email that comes in through the Community
- Create and present quarterly reports to executive stakeholders

Qualifications:
- 3+ year of experience in Engineering, Marketing, Administration. Strong understanding of web technologies, communities and social media / web collaboration platforms
- Very good command of Russian and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enjoy helping people and find it rewarding to solve people’s problems. Strong interaction with other people and other teams to engage them and make them part of the Company effort
- An independent, proactive, creative self-managed individual who likes working with people and keeping everyone inside and outside the company in the loop
- Knowledge of imaging and video domain applications, such as Camtasia and prototyping skills using tools like Flash, Flex, and Dreamweaver would be a definite plus
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
