Mobility Support Associate
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Process expenses of assignees and uploading assignment related documents
- Adding new and updating existing assignees information to the database
- Preparing Mobility Forms and documentation
- Prepare drafts and update Tax Compliance Sheets
- Ad hoc reporting and statistics (as needed by clients and/or the team)
- Provide recommendations for any changes required to procedures
- Adhere to the efficiency, quality and business conduct parameters
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Mobility Support Associate
Work place: WrocławKnowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills are required in addition to strong oral and written communication skills in English, German would be an asset
- Bachelor degree in finance or other business related major would be an asset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools in particular Excel and Power Point
- Be accountable and take ownership for the tasks entrusted to the role holder
- Great organization skills and ability to manage different tasks at the same time
- Attention to details and good administration skills
- Ability to manage complex files and to handle sensitive cases at the same time
- Capacity to set priorities
- Experience gained in a shared services organization would be an asset
