As a Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving issues and assisting with data queries, functionality questions and technical issues, mostly through e-mail. Your work is focused on ensuring high client satisfaction in a challenging, but fun environment.
Responsibilities
- Working on a rotating shift system, 7-15 and 23-7 (night shift can be done remotely)
- Working during some holidays
- Answering clients’ data queries accurately and quickly,
- Assisting with clients’ application functionality and technical questions
- Communicating with other departments to find solutions to issues
- Co-operating with team members & your team leader regarding short-term & long-term work
Required skills
- Advanced English – required for client contact & cross-department communication
- Willingness to learn – we will teach you everything that you need to know
- Good research & Web-browsing skills
Beneficial skills
- Certificate/diploma in Economics/Econometrics/Finance (students of last years & graduates are welcome)
- An additional foreign language
