Middleware Administrator

Location: Wrocław

Job Description

Middleware Administrator provides (2nd level) services on middleware layer. You will have great opportunity to improve your technical skills and expertise, working with middleware technologies for our largest European customers: banking, logistic, payments transactions etc. in enterprise-scale infrastructure and modern IT architecture.

 

Typical activities:

  • Incident management – solution/troubleshooting of technical incidents in production environment
  • Problem management – analysis of repeating incidents, preparation of root cause analysis
  • Change management – implementations of changes (configuration, deployment, installation)
  • Technical activities: deployments, fix pack installation, health checks etc.

 

Required skills:

Familiarity with administration of any from below technologies:

  • Apache
  • Tomcat
  • Websphere Application Server or MQ
  • Oracle Weblogic Application Server
  • Microsoft IIS
  • or any other web or integration middleware component

 

Candidate profile:

  • Experience in middleware administration or support (at least 1 year)
  • Familiarity with networking, Redhat/AIX environment hands on experience
  • Familiarity with networking and related technologies/protocols/services/concepts
  • English: communicative
