Microsoft Dynamics AX Functional Consultant
Job location: KrakówFinance & Controlling and/or Logistics & Purchasing
The ideal candidate is expected to be an experienced consultant on Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions for Finance & Controlling and/or Logistics & Purchasing modules to work on the implementation of the new ERP process standard for Denmark, Norway and Poland for the Aftermarket wholesale distribution area.
The candidate should have an affinity for engaging with diverse audiences and strong analytical, conceptual thinking skills to architect solutions that deliver results.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the Microsoft Dynamics AX business blueprint phase project to arrive to a functional specification for a solution validation for a new global business processes
- Develop and test the defined new global business processes
- Create, redesign, harmonize and standardize processes in cooperation with the global process designer
- Function as a subject matter expert for the solution design, feature optimization, availability, scalability, user experience, visualization and data integrity
- Work on a complete and comprehensive documentation of the solution/system configuration
- Participate in the pilot project for the new Microsoft Dynamics AX system
- Take part and support the subsequent roll-outs of the system and the business solution for various locations
- Conduct training on processes and functions for the solution end users
Qualification / Profile
- Degree in Business Administration/ Business Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent
- 2 – 5 years of professional experience in consulting and development of Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance & Controlling and/or Logistics & Purchasing processes/modules
- Business knowledge/ experience working in ERP driven processes – ability to understand, communicate, interpret client business processes and requirements
- Knowledge and/or experience servicing or designing solutions for Automotive industry will be an advantage
- Experience in Manufacturing and/or Distribution industries is preferred
- Experience on project management
- Proven track record for problem solving and rolling out of software solutions including documentation
- Innovation with proactive and flexible approach given area of responsibilities
- Technically savvy
- Team player, comfortable business presentations
- Organized, analytical, result-oriented
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing and able to travel to client sites on a bi-weekly/monthly basis
- English proficiency
- A good knowledge of Danish will be an asset
