Your next role
We are currently recruiting for a challenging position of Merchandising Manager CEE, to be based in the Warsaw office.Merchandising Manager CEE will be responsible for merchandising projects in 5 countries in CEE region and management of 2 Specialists, taking care of:merchandising budget steering,new store installations and refurbishments in terms of merchandising zoning layout (cooperation with architectures, shop fitters and local retail teams),assortment definition for different store configurations,ongoing visual merchandising for different generations of stores, creation of planograms via Displayer (merchandising software),ephemeral/animation visual merchandising for campaigns (standard & hot events) via simulation & shooting in the store for shop windows, sales push tables & other animated zones in store,PoS materials orders coming from central team & local PoS materials creations,orders of new merchandising fittings andimplementation of trainings for field team
What do you need to besuccessfulin this role?
We are looking forAt least 2 years Merchandising experience in the retail, analytical state of mind, advanced in Excel, proficient in Merchandising software as Displayer will be an asset. The perfect Candidate should be atrue team player, with ability to manage many projects and tasks at once, exceptional planning, organisation and time management skills, self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal & communication skills to liase with multiple stake holders in English. Diploma in Visual Merchandising or related discipline will be a plus.
