The company develops, manufactures and markets pharmaceutical and thrombotic patient in more than 100 countries world wide.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a medical science liaison you will provide medical information and develop relationships with Medical Thought Leaders/Key Opinion Leaders, institutions and associations through peer-to-peer interactions. Initiating and carrying-out non-interventional studies. Medical and scientific support for the companies strategic psoriasis and eczema products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop, communicate and maintain an in-depth scientific knowledge of the companies drugs and therapeutic areas within the dermatology with a focus on psoriasis and eczema
- Collect and communicate internally of scientific information concerning new standards of care and competitive product strategies
- Identify and follow-up on investigator initiated studies or retrospective reviews
- Initiate, implement and report on non-interventional studies
- Develop long-term partnerships with key opinion leaders, institutions and associations around Dermatology / Psoriasis / Eczema in the Netherlands
- Maximizing the dissemination of scientific information about our medicines through the development of national, regional and local opinion leaders
- Providing scientific (product / therapy area) presentations / trainings for our external customers
- Initiate and / or assist in the planning and execution of Loka-le advisory boards
- Respond to and document of unsolicited requests for off-label information about drugs, which-among drugs in development
- Contribute to the review of promotional materials (control medical and scientific accuracy and reference-ties)
- Preparing the market to introduce new products, working closely with Marketing, Commercial Excellence and Market Access
- Focus on external activities (60% external, 40 % internal)

REQUIREMENTS

- University degree - pharmacy, medical doctor or medical biologist
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a MSL or other relevant experience, with a proved track record of success
