Medical Devices Technician
(Katowice)
Your Tasks:
- Handling of the returns from the customers, partners and affiliates
- To repair of all the company devices, according to the internal repair protocol: dental and medical
- To implement the required actions to meet our internal and external customers’ expectation
- To use the database to record all the repair activity: parts replaced, failure root cause
- To respect the quality requirements and stay compliant with the standards
- Occasionally to visit customers for support and repairs
- To participate on regular basis in continuous training and product development

What we are looking for:
- Technical diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrotechnics/Biomedical or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ service experience in the Medical Device Sector
- Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively and efficiently in accordance with customer service level agreements and service schedules
- Customer focused
- Working with client in a positive manner while offering solutions during all interactions
- Action oriented and solution focused
- Analytical and able to understand cause & effects
- Able to prepare and execute comprehensive plans and have excellent organizational skills
- Experienced using MS Office i.e. Excel
