THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Brussel Belgium.
They are continuously busy to discover, develop and produce new human, veterinary medicines and consumer health care products.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you'll be responsible for the medical review of promotional materials for medical correctness and compliance with labeling and internal and external regulations before final country sign-off. It is a project for 2 days a week(to be discussed) until October.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Medical Review and evaluate the medical and scientific accuracy of promotional and non-promotional materials, such as slide sets, sales aids, dossier updates, training materials and medical response letters;
- Responsible for the medical correctness and compliance with labeling;
- Responsible for the medical conformity with internal and external regulations before final country sign-off;
- Maintain a strong understanding of compliance standards and regulations governing the pharmaceutical industry surrounding creation and utilization of promotional and non-promotional materials
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree within a scientific discipline (PharmD, PhD, MD) ;
- 2-3 years medical affairs experience in a pharmaceutical company ;
- 2+ years experience in medical affairs as medical information scientist , MSL or MA ;
- Knowledge of the legal framework around medical review of promotional materials ;
- Ability to clearly communicate, verbally and in writing, in Dutch, English and French ;
- Strong attention to detail
