Media Analyst with Portuguese

For our client, we are searching for candidates for a position of Media Analyst.

• Researching content on free web services, paid sites and social media
• Tracking and categorising of news reports for customer brand as per defined parameters
• Capturing the sentiments, opinions and trends from the articles and pages in a parameterized way
• Preparing stories / reports and delivering them to the client in pre-approved formats error-free and meeting expected levels of quality and accuracy.
• Producing stories / reports meeting the standards of speed, accuracy and deadline required by the customers.
• Ensuring required elements of broadcast and videos are captured and reported in accordance with style requirements.
• Dealing with colleagues in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
• Facilitating effective team working at all levels.
• Meeting deadlines agreed internally.

• Bachelors in Journalism/Communication or English Literature
• Excellent grasp of English language and Spanish/Italian/French/German
• Excellent news sense
• Excellent news sense and sub-editing skills
• Knowledge of UK and US culture
• Strong communication skills
• Good research skills and ability to find relevant information quickly from the internet
• Ability to develop productive working relationships within team and with client that command respect, trust and confidence
• Ability to work to a high standard under pressure of deadlines
