mechanical engineer

Location: close to Namysłów
Responsibilities:
- ensuring of efficient and reliable technical process
- maintenance coordination in accordance with KPIs
- support and staff training in the field of technical issues related to ensuring the efficiency of machines and production equipment,
- implementation of projects and modifications to the operation of machines (cooperation with external suppliers and costing)
- cooperation in carrying out inspection, maintenance and repair of machines
- preparation of procedures and work instructions for the machine
Requirements:
- higher education degree
- relevant experience as a mechanical engineer
- extensive knowledge of maintenance and equipment maintenance
- knowledge of drive technology, pneumatics, hydraulics and welding
- willingness to work on shifts
- stand-operation
- knowledge of computer programs is an advantage (SAP and MS Office)
- high organizational skills, regularity
- stable personality, authenticity and positive attitude
- ability of persuasion and assertiveness
- ability to work in a team and under pressure, loyalty
- good level and Engish as an advantage
