Responsibilities:
- monitoring of laboratory processes
- development of technical standards
- control planning material laboratory
- realization of internal and external complaint process
- evaluation and documentation of analytical test data corrosion material
- preparation and approval of analytical materials technologies
- examining and evaluation of defective products
- analysis of projects for technical problems
- preparation work instructions and test specification
- implementation of qualifications test after specifications
- performing mechanical and technological tests
- supervise of incoming goods according to the specification
- validation of mobile measurements and patterns according to the specification
- selection and application of test methods
- assistance on system checking, creating corrective action including schedule control
- safety and accident prevention
- establish order and cleanliness
- higher education degree - preferred education in the field of: materials engineering, metallurgy, chemical technology or similar
- experience on a similar position (as an engineer or a specialist in laboratory or in quality department) gained in a production company
- practical knowledge of quality tools: SPC, FMEA, 8D, VDA, ISO TS: 16949
- ability to work independently as well as to cooperate with a team
- high level of commitment and motivation to achieve results
- high organizational skills
- English on good level
- good command of MS Office
