Your new company
A Swiss based luxury, jewellery, consumer brand, which is establishing its Global Business Service Center in Tricity, is currently looking for Global Master Data Team Leader.
Your new role
The job holder will act as escalation point for incidents and requests, ensuring that defined service level is reached and knowledge is documented and shared. He or she will continuously foster cooperation with other support teams and supervise support team members, ensuring continuous knowledge building in team. The role will oversee the master data operations for defined master data objects and defined company codes. The scope of Master Data operations is basically all defined ERP relevant master data for Sales Organizations, Management companies and International production companies.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 3 year experience on similar position. Experience in Data Management, service orientation and service partnership as well as continuous improvement mindset is a must. What is more, fluent English is required. A person on this position should also possess SAP knowledge, high attention to detail and accuracy, ability to direct, supervise and delegate, team building skills and ability to motivate and develop team members. Other desirable skills include Solution delivery orientation, ability to communicate, explain and socialize procedures, solution proposals with country key users and flexibility and multitasking.
