On behalf of our Client, international company, we are looking for a Master Data Associate to join its newly created Shared Service Center.
Your main responsibility as the Master Data Associate will be creation and update of customers/suppliers details in ERP system, direct contact with suppliers/customers, reconciliation of Master Data changes and maintaining of correct Master Data database (supporting documentation). Within the role you will be also responsible for standardization of Master Data process (including - creation of work instructions) and preparation of authorization matrix (internal control) for MD changes.
In order to be successful on this position you should have Bachelor’s Degree in economics/ finance/ administration related discipline with 1 year of experience in customer service in international environment. We seek a professional with excellent analytical and communication skills, very good knowledge of Excel and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of any ERP system(SAP, PeopleSoft, Navision) is an asset. You need to speak fluent English and Polish.
