Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

For an innovative fast growing pharmaceutical organisation in Amsterdam we are looking for a Master Data Analyst. This person will professionalise the data management and business processes to ensure a sound fundament for further growth. This is a fulltime role of 40 hours per week on site of the client of 18 months via the payroll of SIRE Life Sciences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyses production, inventory control, sales, cost analysis, finance, marketing, and/or a variety of other business and technical problems to formulate and develop new and modified information processing systems.
- Represent the business activity in all information technology developments.
- Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures, which are cost effective and meet user requirements.
- Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
- Subject matter expert and point of contact for overall IT related matters
- Drive program activities relating to master data discovery, integration and harmonisation in support of key supply chain management and CMO/distributor related activities (e.g. demand planning, supply planning, sales & operation planning)
- Lead data cleansing activities across multiple systems in coordination with local teams and global IT within a specific domain (e.g. Product, Material, Vendor, Customer, etc.)
- Coordinate data quality activities in preparation for data migration and manage projects to improve data standardization, data accuracy and data integrity – drive improvement, streamlining and cost reduction.
- Work collaboratively with other functions (e.g. Global Quality, Global Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial & CMO's) to ensure master data related issues are resolved and objectives are met.
- Partner with key business stakeholders in aligning and managing key CMO, Distributor, Commercial, Financial and Supply Planning related data requirements.
- Support system development activities by assisting in requirements gathering, drafting test scripts, test execution, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

- Min. BSc. in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Economics, Engineering or another relevant field
- 3+ years Supply Chain experience
- Excellent skills in Excel and Access
- Ability to work in a dynamics start up environment, not guided by processes and procedures but setting them
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
